FAQ

  • The invoice will only be issued by co-organiser, RX Singapore, under the invoice billing name of RELX (Singapore) Pte Ltd.

  • To setup vendor onboarding for RELX (Singapore) Pte Ltd, to request for verification or request for additional supporting documents, please write in to [email protected]. 

  • The invoice will be issued upon completion of registration to the confirmation email.

Bank Transfer/Vendors@Gov/GeBIZ Payment Method

  • Admission to the Conference is subjected to receipt of full payment within 7 working days of the invoice issuance

  • Please ensure that Vendors@Gov details are submitted within the billing information segment within the registration form. 

Credit Card Payment Method

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and China UnionPay. 

  • For every successful transaction, your bank statement will reflect the purchase under RX Singapore. 

  • Entry into the Conference is subjected to full payment of the badge(s).

Cancellation Policy

  • Except as otherwise permitted by the Organiser, no refund will be made of any money paid to Organiser under any circumstances whatsoever including in the event that the registrant decides not to participate in the event. The Organiser may retain all amount paid by the registrant and also to recover all amounts due under this agreement.

  • Yes, the IBEW Conference offers Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and/or Continuing Education & Training (CET) to keep industry practitioners at the forefront of developments in the built environment.

  • For the list of professional bodies and the points to be awarded, please check the website for more updates.

After purchasing your IBEW conference pass, you will be notified to fill up a form indicating your membership details. This form is available in August 2025. For the list of professional bodies and the points to be awarded, please check the website for more updates.

When you are at IBEW conference, do ensure that your Pass is being scanned for each session at the entrances.

Travelling to Singapore

Concession Parking Coupon

Concession Parking Coupon can be collected at the Level 1 MICE Service Centre located along the foyer of the exhibition hall (operating from 8am – 6pm, Mon – Fri). Coupons will only be given on display of valid Event Passes.

ADMISSION POLICY

By entering IBEW, you agree to abide by the following:

  • Admission is by registration and strictly for industry professionals only. A valid admission pass is required to access the exhibition premises. Admission passes are non-transferable and must be displayed prominently at all times.
  • Visitors/delegates who are not appropriately attired (i.e. ripped jeans, shorts, bermudas, singlets, slippers, beach sandals, etc.) will be refused admission.
  • Minors below the age of 18 will not be admitted, regardless of whether they are accompanied or not.
  • Treat all individuals with respect. There is zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination or abuse.
  • Smoking and vaping at the event are prohibited at all times.
  • Do not participate in the event for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law or regulation, including, without limitation, laws governing intellectual property and other proprietary rights, data protection and privacy.
  • All personal property brought to the Event is done so at the Participant’s own risk, and the Participant is responsible for safeguarding such property at all times.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone who is unable to comply with the admission requirements.
  • You may be photographed, audio-recorded and video-recorded at any event organised by RELX (Singapore) Pte Ltd. By entering the event premises, you consent to all photographs, interviews, audio recordings and/or video recordings made, produced or taken of you (“Materials”), and to the use, release, publication, exhibition or reproduction of the Materials in all marketing and communication materials, in any media, by RELX (Singapore) Pte Ltd, its affiliates and/or representatives. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any materials, including any photo, video or audio recording taken by RELX (Singapore) Pte Ltd, its affiliates and/or representatives. All intellectual property rights to the Materials shall be reserved by RELX (Singapore) Pte Ltd, and you waive all rights to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with their use, release, publication, exhibition or reproduction.
