- Optional Pre-Event Pass Collection: You may pre-collect your pass on 5 September from 10am to 8pm at BE Leaders' Summit Registration Counter, located at Level 1 of Sands Expo & Convention Centre.
- Event Day Pass Collection: Collect your pass on 6 September from 7.30am onwards at BE Leaders' Summit Registration Counter, located at Level 1 of Sands Expo & Convention Centre and proceed to Level 3, Begonia Main to access to the summit room.
