Set Up for Success in CORENET X
CORENET X is a co-creation effort between public agencies and the industry to transform the current regulatory landscape. Come October 2025, submission in CORENET X will be mandatory for larger new projects. Open to all industry stakeholders, the key CORENET X activities lined up in this year’s IBEW are fully complementary. This includes a half-day industry seminar, a masterclass talk on BIM modelling and IFC+SG as well as a physical CORENET X Concierge where all are welcome to visit.

4 September - CORENET X Industry Seminar
- The theme of our latest instalment of CORENET X industry seminar is “Set up for Success in CORENET X”. This seminar will provide key updates, learning points and best practices for industry to better prepare for their submissions. Several industry firms with voluntary submission projects achieving significant milestone approvals will also be sharing insights on their CORENET X journey.
3-5 September - CORENET X Concierge @ BEX Asia
- Conduct a simple readiness check through our assessment tool to find out what and how to further prepare yourself for the new regulatory approval process.
- Get some hands-on experience with our submission system by trying out BIM modelling in IFC+SG along with preparing your very own submission.
- Receive our curated recommendations and resources to enhance your readiness for CORENET X.
5 September - Masterclass on BIM Modelling in IFC+SG @ BEX Asia
- Gain insights on the enhancements made through various BIM modelling software that complements and enables you to model better and more effectively in preparing for CORENET X submissions
