MR. ALVIN NG
Alvin Ng is the Vice President of Digital Solutions, APAC, Johnson Controls. In this position, he is responsible for driving the digital growth strategy for Asia Pacific region, which includes driving and executing initiatives that increase market penetration, providing relevant digital solutions in the building sector, with focus on digital business revenue growth, partner offerings, sales cycle support and ecosystem representation.
Alvin has over 20 years of experience in global sales and product management and has held a series of global leadership roles with multinational companies like Wincor Nixdorf AG, Cisco Systems and Rosenbluth International. Prior to joining Johnson Controls, he worked for General Electric as the General Manager for GE Digital, South East Asia.
With his extensive experience and passion for digital transformation and advanced technologies (IOT and AI), Alvin serves as an Adjunct Associate Professor and Senior Career Fellow at Nanyang Business School, Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University. He plays the role of an executive coach to the Global Executive MBA and Full-Time MBA program students.
Alvin graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering from Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University, majoring in Mechanical Engineering.

PROF. ANDREW HARRIS
Andrew Harris is a Professor of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at The University of Sydney, and the Australian director of Laing O’Rourke’s future engineering and innovation consultancy, the Engineering Excellence Group. Laing O’Rourke is Australia’s largest private engineering and construction business, with local turnover of ~$3 bn p.a.
Andrew received his PhD from the University of Cambridge in 2002 and is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) and Engineers Australia (IEAust).
Throughout his career he has worked at the interface between industry and academia. He is an expert in disruptive innovation, with deep experience of most of the technologies likely to impact all industry sectors in the future, including IoT, robotics and automation, big data, digital, augmented and virtual reality, biomimetics, smart cities and AI.
Andrew is a non executive Director of Hazer Group (ASX:HZR), a listed clean tech and serves on the board of the Australian Research Council Centre for Robotic Vision.
He has been recognised as one of Australia’s 50 most innovative engineers by peak body Engineers Australia.

MR. ANG KIAN SENG

MR. ANTHONY CHOW WEN JIE
Anthony Chow is the CEO and co-founder of igloohome, the market leading secure access management company for smart infrastructure and properties. The company designs keyless access solutions for smarter homes and smarter cities. As an Airbnb host, Anthony faced the frustrations of the inconvenience of physical key exchanges, especially when guests wanted to check in at odd hours. As such, he wanted to enhance the experience of both hosts and guests and therefore set out to eliminate such problems. Together with his partners, he founded igloohome, with a simple vision to create a world without keys. Since launching its first product in 2016, igloohome locks have been rolled out to over 100 countries supported by 130 distributors worldwide. The company today has partnered up with global home sharing platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com, and large realtors networks such as the National Association of Realtors in the U.S, with over 1.4 million registered realtors. In Asia, the company collaborates with many top property developers such as Sansiri in Thailand, Mitsuibishi in Japan and CapitaLand in Vietnam to bring about smarter living for their residences. Through the network of partners, igloohome has now the opportunity to impact millions of homeowners to live smarter and better.
In 2019, Anthony launched iglooworks, the enterprise brand of igloohome, which focused on smart cities’ smart access applications. The company works with major telecommunication companies like Singtel in Singapore, Hong Kong Telecom in Hong Kong and more to contribute to smart cities infrastructure development. It also helps large infrastructure companies like telcos upgrade and manage access to their cell towers, data center operators improve their security and even logistics companies to reduce theft and pilferage with its enterprise smart acces platform. The products by igloohome have also gone to receive numerous awards and recognition such as the CES Asia 2017 & 2018 Innovation Honoree Award and iF Design Awards 2018 & 2019 amongst many others. igloohome is the only Smart Access Management company to have received endorsement from the IMDA ’s Accreditation @SGD program in Singapore for its innovation, and have been featured on CNBC, Channel NewsAsia, The Wall Street Journal, and more. Anthony has also been featured on e27, Tech in Asia, The Straits Times and more.
Anthony has a Masters from Stanford University specializing in big data, and a First Class Honours from Imperial College in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

MR. BERNIE DEVINE
With 30+ years’ experience dedicated to real estate and technology, Bernie is a leader in digital transformation in real estate and using data to create a more competitive and collaborative environment. Currently responsible for the growth of Yardi Systems in Asia Pacific, Bernie lives in Hong Kong and is a qualified accountant and economist.
He supports real estate clients with Retail, Commercial, Industrial, Residential and Mixed-Use assets, helping them to grow their operations, create efficiencies, and gain better insight into their business. His expertise includes asset and investment management, private equity, operations improvement, program and project management, finance, technology implementation and compliance.
Bernie has led large-scale technology projects, as well as led and supported Proptech start-ups, across Australia, the USA, Middle East, Asia and Europe. He has over 60 publications to his name, and extensive public speaking experience. He is actively working with several charities focused on the marine environment and child education in Hong Kong and China.

ER. CHEN YIMING
Er. Chen Yiming, Vice President and Secretary-General of China Real Estate Association, has successively served as Deputy Director-General of the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Director-General of the Science and Technology Development Promotion Center, Director-General of the Department of Building Energy Conservation and Science and Technology, Director-General of the Personnel Department, and Chief Engineer of the Ministry.
He has put forward the goal and roadmap of promoting building energy conservation in China, formulated and implemented China’s green building evaluation standard, and formulated policy document to develop assembly buildings vigorously issued by General Office of State Council, which played a positive role in promoting the implementation of China’s building energy-saving policies and the development of assembly buildings.
MR. CHENG TAI FATT

MR. CHENG TAI FATT
Mr. Tai Fatt CHENG is the Managing Director of Built Environment Research & Innovation Institute (BERII) in the Building and Construction Authority.
In BERII, he oversees the development and implementation of Built Environment R&I solutions in focused areas identified under the Construction ITM. He helped to formulate the BIM/IDD roadmap and is tasked to drive a highly integrated construction value chain by harnessing use of construction IT such as BIM and Integrated Digital Delivery technologies. He is also a building Smart International Fellow.

MR. CHIA NGIANG HONG
Mr Chia Ngiang Hong joined CDL in 1981 and has more than 40 years of experience in the real estate industry in Singapore and the region. A much-respected industry veteran, Mr Chia is the President of the Real Estate Developers’ Association of Singapore, Board Member of the Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies, Honorary Advisor of the Singapore Green Building Council and a member of the Singapore Business Federation Council. He is also a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers.
He presently chairs the Advisory Committee to the National University of Singapore’s School of Design and Environment and is a member of the Department Consultative Committee. Beyond his contributions to the building and construction industry, Mr Chia is also active in community and grassroots activities and serves as a Justice of the Peace and was awarded the PBM and BBM National Day Awards.

MS. CRISTINA GAMBOA
Cristina Gamboa is CEO of the World Green Building Council (WorldGBC), the strongest local-regional-global network of around 70 Green Building Councils and their 36,000 members, catalysing the uptake of sustainable buildings for everyone, everywhere.
Prior to joining WorldGBC in November 2018, she was CEO of Colombia Green Building Council. She also has expertise in economic research, journalism and international affairs.
MR. DAMIEN DHELLEMMES

MR. DAMIEN DHELLEMMES
Damien Dhellemmes is the Cluster President for Schneider Electric Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei. In this role, Damien is responsible for the alignment of corporate strategy and business orientation, as well as oversight of all commercial initiatives, operations and implementation.
Prior to this role, Damien led the end-to-end Supply Chain organisation for Schneider Electric in East-Asia Japan and Pacific across 18 countries. He first joined Schneider Electric 25 years ago, and had since held various positions in the Supply Chain function of manufacturing, logistics, as well as procurement and sourcing. Having lived in Asia for 16 years, Damien has diverse experience in the region; he moved to Singapore in the summer of 2013 after spending four years in Bangalore, India, and five years in Shanghai, China.
Damien holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from ISEN, as well as an MBA from the EDHEC Business School in France.

MR. DARREN BECHTEL
Darren Bechtel is a pioneer in the engineering and construction technology industry and is leading the charge to modernize one of the last industries to step squarely into the digital age.
As the founder and Managing Partner of Brick & Mortar Ventures — the first and largest venture capital firm focused solely on supporting the commercialization of emerging technology to improve the design, construction, and ongoing maintenance and operation of the modern built environment — Darren is forging a new path in an industry his family and its eponymous global engineering construction firm, Bechtel, have helped shape for over one hundred and twenty years.
Darren’s Brick and Mortar Ventures announced in 2019 its $100 million fund backed by global heavyweights from across the construction value chain including Ardex, Autodesk, Cemex, United Rentals, Hilti, Obayashi, and Google sister company Sidewalk Labs. Darren and his team continue to invest those funds exclusively into early-stage AEC (architecture, engineering, and construction) and O&M (operations & maintenance) technology startups. Among Darren’s portfolio of over thirty-five past and present investments are notable startups PlanGrid, BuildingConnected, Fieldwire, Rhumbix, and BuildZoom.
Darren’s ethos is not that of a “disruptor”; rather, he is interested in how technology and early-stage risk capital can be paired with the skilled talent and industry expertise of established construction industry leaders to reduce the cost and risk of capital projects and make one of the world’s largest industries cleaner, safer, and more productive.

MR. DOAN VAN BINH
Mr. Doan Van Binh is the Vice Chairman of Vietnam Real Estate Association; Founder, President and Chairman of the CEO Group. Mr. Binh has a Master of Laws, Bachelor of Economics, Bachelor of Art (major in English and Russian).
With his vision and experience, Mr. Doan Van Binh has been successfully leading CEO Group to pioneer in investing in new estates such as Van Don, the Pearl Island (Phu Quoc), other potential localities and to rank the 264th enterprise in the Top 500 Largest Enterprises in Vietnam (VNR500).

MR. ERIC SOH
Joining the Samwoh Group of Companies in 1997, Mr Soh has taken on various senior positions in the organisation. He was later appointed to the Board of Samwoh Corporation Pte. Ltd. in 2000. He also sits on the Boards of a number of its subsidiaries and associated companies.
In addition to his board duties, Mr Soh was elected as the Chief Executive Officer in 2013. He is responsible for formulating and driving strategic business plans as well as partnership and expansion of the Group in today’s challenging business landscape.
With more than 25 years of diverse and in-depth experience in the Built Environment sector, Mr Soh is an ardent advocate of change management process through automation, digital transformation, research and innovation. He is instrumental in charting the growth of the Group with great emphasis on innovation, sustainability, productivity and safety.
Mr Soh will be taking his green endeavour to the next level with the construction of the first positive energy industrial building in Singapore – the Samwoh Smart Hub. He aims to use this demonstration building to spur the onus towards greater sustainability among the Built Environment community, to create a learning eco-system to nurture our next generation and to push the boundaries of innovations beyond the shore of Singapore.

MS. ESTHER AN
An active advocate for green building and sustainability for over two decades, Esther has been instrumental in establishing CDL’s leadership in sustainability. It is ranked top real estate company on the 2020 Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations in the World and is also the only CDP A-List company for climate strategy and water security in SE Asia. Key ESG initiatives she has spearheaded include publishing the first sustainability report using GRI standards in Singapore in 2008; issuing the first green bond by a Singaporean company in 2017 and pioneering an SDG Innovation Loan in Singapore in 2019. As a forerunner in embracing the UN SDGs, Esther was conferred 2018 SDG Pioneer for Green Infrastructure and A Low Carbon Economy by the UN Global Compact.

MR. FRANK KHOO
Mr Frank Khoo joined CDL as Group Chief Investment Officer in February 2018 to source and execute new investment opportunities, and also establish a dedicated fund management platform.
With over 20 years of international experience in fund management, private equity, acquisition of real estate assets and the repositioning and restructuring of real estate businesses, Mr Khoo has an extensive network of investors, ranging from insurance companies, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds and high net worth individuals across Asia and Europe.
Previously, Mr Khoo was the Global Head of Asia of AXA Investment Manager – Real Assets (AXA IM Real Assets) where he oversaw all real estate activities for AXA IM Real Assets in Asia, including investment, transaction, fund and asset management, capital raising and finance. He has also held various executive positions in Pacific Star Fund Management Pte Ltd, Guthrie GTS Ltd, Phileoland Bhd and Kestral Capital Partners.
Mr Khoo holds a Master of Business Administration from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore, as well as Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and Bachelor of Science degrees from University of Queensland, Australia. He is also a Chartered Accountant in Singapore.

MR. HUGH LIM
Mr Hugh Lim graduated from the University of Liverpool in 1987 with a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class) degree on a Singapore Armed Forces (Overseas) Scholarship. He holds a Master of Science (Management of Technology) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, United States of America, 1998.
Hugh joined the Singapore Armed Forces in 1984, and attained the rank of Brigadier-General on 1 Jul 2005. He has served in a variety of command and staff positions, including Chief Engineer Officer, Commander 6 Division, Commander Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) and Chief of Staff, General Staff.
Prior to joining BCA, Hugh was the Deputy Secretary (Community, Youth and Sports) at the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth, and before that, the Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Law.

AR. JIN SUNG
Jin is Singapore Registered Architect since 1999. He joined ID Architects (IDA) in 1995 and become a partner in year 2000. He has been appointed as Executive Director since 2007.
Over the last 25 years, Jin has worked on a wide variety of architectural and master planning projects in many Industrial sectors, Institutional, Mixed-Use Developments and Motorsport. As a result of his extensive experience, he contributed greatly to IDA’s expertise as a specialist practise in Industrial space. In overseas portfolio, he has completed projects in Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Indonesia.
Jin is also the key leader in IDA’s transformation since 2010. Particularly in the adoption of BIM in 2010, Virtual Design Construction (VDC) in 2015, Newforma and Virtual Reality technology (VR) in 2016. Through these technologies development, IDA is able to bring positive impact to the industry via formation of IDA Technology
Pte Ltd (2018) and IDA Academy (2020).

AR. JOELLE CHEN
Joelle Chen is the Programme Director at Beca Singapore, leading the innovation, partnerships and creating new digital ventures for the Singapore business. She specialises in executive stakeholder engagement, ecosystem development and strategic communication for change.
Prior to Beca, Joelle was the Partnerships & Marketing Director at a German multinational, focusing on IOT partnerships for their corporate venture. She was the first Asia Pacific Head for World Green Building Council, spearheading the adoption of global initiatives promoting net zero carbon and healthier buildings in the region. She also previously headed up the Smart Sustainable Cities team at the Economic Development Board, driving public-private partnerships through “Living Labs”.
Joelle is a registered architect and draws on ~15 years’ of experience in different parts of the green buildings and smart cities ecosystem. She holds a Masters in Architecture from the National University of Singapore, and a MBA from the Singapore Management University.

MR. JOHN CARRILLO
Immediate Past Chair of IFMA’s global board of directors, John Carrillo has more than 40 years of experience in facility management and corporate real estate at technology-related companies. As the Director, Planning, Design and Construction, West Region for AT&T, his responsibilities included project management oversight of 40M square feet for the 13 western U.S. states and Guam. As Director of Property Management for AT&T, Carrillo developed a preventive maintenance program for 20,000 buildings. Over the course of his career, he has managed as many as 1,500 FM employees, developed strategic programs, built a missile factory, decommissioned a nuclear reactor and managed a large seismic retrofit project in the San Francisco Bay Area. A frequent presenter at IFMA events, Carrillo has also presented college coursework on FM/real estate, quality processes and use of digitization technology in the workplace. His long-term involvement with IFMA earned him recognition as an IFMA Fellow in 2006. He served on IFMA’s global board of directors and on the IFMA Foundation Board of Trustees, including a term as chair, and has been heavily involved in IFMA chapters across California.

MR. KHOO TENG LIP
Teng Lip is Head of ST Engineering Ventures (“STEV”) – the corporate venture capital unit of Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (SGX: S63) – a global technology, defence and engineering group specialising in the aerospace, electronics, land systems and marine sectors. Teng Lip helped establish STEV in 2017 and grew the team to 7 staff, with regional offices in San Francisco and Tel Aviv. STEV manages an AUM of US$ 150M comprising a portfolio of global start-ups.
Prior to that, Teng Lip spent 2 years with a Singapore-based South-East Asia focused buyout/control fund investing in industrial and consumer sectors and 8 years in the venture capital arm of Singapore’s leading securities house, where he served as Investment Director, with direct investment and turnaround experience in sectors, such as manufacturing, cleantech, healthcare, energy and mining.
Teng Lip started his career as an army officer in the Singapore Armed Forces, after completing his university studies on the Singapore Armed Forces Overseas Scholarship (“SAFOS”). His last position in Singapore’s Ministry of Defence was Region Head at the Defence Policy Office, where he headed defence relations with Africa and the Middle East. Teng Lip also concurrently served as the Military
Private Secretary to the Defence Minister.
Teng Lip graduated from the University of Oxford with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics and Economics and from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a Master of Science in International Relations (Distinction). He holds a MBA for Executives (Distinction) from INSEAD and EMBA from Tsinghua University, and has also been awarded the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) certification.

MR. LAU SHIH HOR
Lau Shih Hor is Co-founder and CEO of Elixir Technology, a progressive and leading tools and platform provider of next-generation Smart Solutions. Shih Hor plays a critical role in overseeing the strategic direction, planning, operations and business development for the company. Under Shih Hor’s dynamic leadership, Elixir has empowered many enterprises across industries, both local and international, with business intelligence and analytics solutions, including big data analytics and visualisation, video analytics, IoT analytics among others. Shih Hor is currently the Chairman for the Smart Nation Chapter and a Councillor in SGTech, Singapore’s premier association of technology companies. He is also a recipient of the SCS Fellowship, an honour conferred upon individuals with significant contributions to the IT industry in Singapore.

ER. LEE CHUAN SENG
Lee Chuan Seng is the Emeritus Chairman of Beca Asia, a leading regional engineering consultancy based in Singapore and Chairman of the National Environment Agency of Singapore.
Some of his past and present roles are:
- Board Member, Building and Construction Authority of Singapore (2003 to 2013); Deputy Chairman (2011 to 2013);
- Chairman BCA Green Mark Advisory Committee (2005 to 2019);
- Chairman, BCA Steering Committee for Building Information Modelling (BIM)/Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) (2010 to present)
- Founding President (2009‐2011); Board Member World Green Building Council (2010 to 2013); Honorary Advisor, Singapore Green Building Council 2011 to present).
- Honorary Advisor Real Estate Developers Association of Singapore (1999 to 2011).
In the Science and Technology and R&D area, he is currently:
- Scientific Advisor, Ministry of National Development Singapore
- Member, Committee of Government Scientific Advisors.
- Chairman, Technical Advisory Workgroup and Exco Member, Urban Solutions and Sustainability, National Research Foundation Singapore.

MR. LIAU ENG SOON
Eng Soon joined IMDA in May 2020 as Cluster Director for Trade and Connectivity (T&C). He also covers the Built Environment (BE) sector in the interim. Although Eng Soon is new to IMDA, the work areas are not new to him. Eng Soon was seconded from A*STAR, where he led the Industry Development Group, in which T&C and BE were part of the portfoilio. During his time in A*STAR, he worked with both MNCs and local enterprises, including SMEs, helping them with technology innovations and producitivty improvement. He strongly believes that technology and digitialisation will help our companies gain competitive advantages in the marketplace. While it does cost and may deem to be painful in the short run, it will more than pay for itself in the long run. Eng Soon is an Aeronatical Engineer by training and spend close to 20 years in the RSAF before joining A*STAR.

MR. LIM MING YAN
Mr Lim Ming Yan is Chairman of the Singapore Business Federation (SBF), the apex business chamber championing the interests of the Singapore business community in the areas of trade, investment and industrial relations. SBF represents 27,200 companies, as well as key local and foreign business chambers.
Mr Lim is also the Chairman of Workforce Singapore, a member of Singapore’s Future Economy Council (FEC), Co-Chairman of FEC’s Built Environment sub-committee, a member of FEC’s Emerging Stronger Taskforce, a board director of Business China, as well as a board trustee of Singapore Management University.
Mr Lim also sits on the boards of Singapore Press Holdings, Central China Real Estate Limited and DLF Cyber City Developers Limited.
In his 22 years at CapitaLand Limited, Mr Lim was President and Group CEO from 2013 to 2018. He was also CEO of The Ascott Limited from 2009 to 2012 and CEO of CapitaLand China from 2000 to 2009.
Mr Lim graduated with a first-class honours degree in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom in 1985. He also attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2002.

MR. LIN SHIJING
SJ graduated with an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He is a successful serial tech entrepreneur with a track record in building tech startups and bringing them to profitability.
He is the founder and CEO of Hubble, which is the leading Singapore technology company focused on the Building and Construction industry. Hubble most recently closed an oversubscribed Series A funding round and raised in excess of $5 million. Hubble was also awarded by IMDA and BCA to develop Singapore first Construction Digital Platform – The Hubble Platform – to help bring the industry closer to an integrated digital delivery (IDD) future. Hubble is also the proud official partner of BCA for the BuildSG-COVIDSafe platform to help our construction industry restart safely.
Prior to Hubble, he was the CEO of SWAT Mobility where he raised a $3 million pre-series A round and successfully led and won the LTA tender worth $2.6 million to build Asia’s first on-demand public bus system beating the likes of GRAB and Continental.
MR. LIONG YUEN MING

MR. LIONG YUEN MING
Yuen Ming has been leading capability development and transformation work for over 3 decades across various public and private organizations. During his tenure with the Singapore Armed Forces he played pivotal role in the development of the 3rd Generation Army Transformation as well as the Joint Training Area Development Agreement between Australia and Singapore. While in the Singapore Technologies Land Systems Yuen Ming was entrusted with the responsibility to build-up the Healthcare Robotics business and in the process led a M&A team to fully acquired the US Robotics company, Aethon. His tenure in SMRT also saw him masterplanning the Train Digitalization programme and roll-out the major digital solutions, which is a key thrust of SMRT’s transformation effort.
More recently with BCA, Yuen Ming led a team to developed the BuildSG-COVIDSafe digital solution that has enabled the Built Environment to better manage COVID control measures on the ground in support of the industry effort to restart work safely.

MS. LYNETTE LEONG
Ms Lynette Leong is the Chief Sustainability Officer of CapitaLand Group and a member of the CapitaLand Executive Committee. She is responsible for elevating the Group’s sustainability strategy and policies, and integrating it into its business and operations to drive strategic environmental, social and governance (ESG) efforts and deliver long-term economic value to stakeholders. Prior to this, Ms Leong was the CEO of CapitaLand’s Commercial business and led it to tripling the size of its Commercial REIT to being the largest office landlord in Singapore and winning multiple awards for environmental sustainability, corporate governance and investor relations. Before joining CapitaLand, Lynette held pivotal roles in international real estate acquisitions, fund management and banking & finance for over 15 years.
Ms Leong concurrently serves on the board of Singapore’s National Environment Agency, the advisory board of Singapore Management University’s Lee Kong Chian School of Business and the advisory committee of National University of Singapore’s School of Design and Environment.

MR. MATT GOUGH
As Innovation Director for global construction and consultancy company Mace, Matt is leading the company in its ambition to catalyse the next evolution of the construction industry. Focused on the disruption of Mace’s traditional business model across markets and geographies, Matt is at the forefront of the company’s digital transformation, and re-defining how Mace designs, builds and operates the built environment it is responsible for.

Professor Miroslaw J. Skibniewski works at the Center for Excellence in Project Management in the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering of the University of Maryland, College Park, USA. He directs the e-Construction Group, a diverse team of doctoral students and post-doctoral research associates working on innovative applications of information and automation technologies for use by construction business and project organizations.
Prior to his current position, Prof. Skibniewski was a Professor of Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, USA. Prior to his academic career, Prof. Skibniewski worked as a project engineer for the oldest construction engineering consulting firm in the USA, founded in 1881. He holds an M.Eng. degree in Civil Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology in Poland, as well as M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. Prof. Skibniewski is Editor-in-Chief of Automation in Construction, an international research journal published by Elsevier.

MR. MITUL SHAH
Mitul has over 9 years of experience in Civil Engineering prior to coming to Singapore, and he has a passion in looking into technology enabled project management, analytics focused asset management, risk management, project controls and change management, including process reengineering implementation and business optimisation.
He has executed engagements across Real Estate & Hospitality, Roads, Power (Generation & Transmission), Water and Utilities sectors. He has advised for both Public and Private Sectors in Singapore. He was leading the team in exploration of the trends of the Digital Technology in the Built Environment in Singapore

MR. MOHAMMAD DZULAKMAL BIN ABU BAKAR
Dzul Bakar serves as Vice President of Solutions at Graffiquo Pte Ltd.
His area of emphasis is on utilizing business data over Photo Realistic 3D Model to provide effective visualized decision making.
Prior to Graffiquo, Dzul Bakar had 14 years of experience in consulting, IT strategy and project management, including large-scale enterprise CRM system deployments across a myriad of industries.

MR. MUKUND SRIDHAR
Mukund serves large Asian conglomerates on digital and analytics transformations and business building efforts, while also leading the firm’s Capital Projects & Infrastructure practice for Southeast Asia and Real Estate practice for Asia.
He is a core leader and operating committee member of the firm’s global real estate practice, serving leading property players including developers, contractors, investors, cities/governments and technology disruptors. He also drives McKinsey’s knowledge and practice development efforts on digital and analytics in real estate.
Mukund has authored several reports and articles on theme of digital reinvention of the built environment (across engineering, construction, property and smart cities) and was recognized as a Young Leader at the World Cities Summit in 2018.

MR. PAULUS TOTOK LUSIDA
Mr. Paulus Totok Lusida has a unique academic, organizational and business exposures. He earned a degree in Pharmacy from Airlangga University. As Director and Commissioner, he led various businesses and social organizations.
His diverse real estate development experience includes leading real estate businesses and related organizations with projects spanning residential, transportation, healthcare and institutional sector in cities such as Surabaya, Jakarta and Kota Baru Driyirejo.
Notable projects include TNI AL Driyorejo Housing, Western Surabaya Hospital and SSC Gelora Stadium in Bung Tomo. Mr Totok is currently the Chairman of Real Estate Indonesia (REI) and a board member of FIABCI International.

MR. PHIL LANGLEY
Phil leads the ‘Creative Technologies’ team at Bryden Wood which brings together different strands of BIM and computational design including algorithmic design + simulation, connected tech, mixed reality environments and big data analytics. This group is focused on developing innovative new approaches to digital technology that can be used by our designers and clients.

MS. SARA PEREIRA
Sara is a director of Oneberry Technologies, a leading home-grown company providing productivity-enabled security & surveillance solutions. She champions innovation, actively working with the in-house R&D team to develop new products, service offerings and innovative solutions, to meet the evolving needs of the industry. She leads Oneberry’s marketing, partnership and commercial sales team.

MR. SATISH MAGAR
Mr. Satish Magar is the National President of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India, the 12,000 member apex body of private real estate developers in India. In line with Prime Minister Modi’s “Housing for All” by 2022 initiative, Mr. Magar is leading his team to develop a skilling ecosystem to build a strong talent pool for the construction sector of India.
Mr. Magar has a rich and varied experience of over 26 years in construction and real estate. He was the Managing Director of Magarpatta Group of Companies that developed his brainchild ‘Magarpatta City’, a 180 hectare unique award winning integrated township in the fast developing city of Pune in India.

AR. SEAH CHEE HUANG
Chee Huang is a firm believer in purpose-driven architecture, synergising economic, environmental and social dynamics, to impact positive change and bring delight to the everyday lives. His pursuit in synthesis includes Singapore Sports Hub, Our Tampines Hub, Bukit Canberra in Sembawang and Punggol Regional Sports Centre – all pioneering models of complex integrated community, sports and lifestyle hubs in Singapore. As a Board of Architects Singapore member as well as the Immediate Past President of the Singapore Institute of Architects, Chee Huang advocates a progressive architectural profession through leadership in sustainable design, ethical and enterprising practices grounded in innovative and social causes. He partakes in the larger discourse of the built environment in numerous design advisory panels and committees for various agencies and institutions.

DATO’ IR. SOAM HENG CHOON
Dato’ Ir. Soam Heng Choon, a civil engineer is the current President of the Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association of Malaysia. He has about 4 decades of experience in the construction and real estate industry.
Having spent ten years of his initial career in the public sector, he moved to the corporate sector where he has been involved in both the construction and property development and investment business.
He was the Managing Director and CEO of a listed property company from 2004 to 2015 and the Managing Director and CEO of a Construction Property, infrastructure conglomerate from 2015 to 2019. He also has experience in property development, investment and construction business in China, Vietnam, India and United Kingdom.
He is currently a Board Member of a subsidiary company of the Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia and an independent Director of a listed property company in Malaysia.

MS. SYBIL TAN
Sybil is a director in the Infrastructure Advisory Team, leading in the areas of Major Projects Advisory and Asset Management in KPMG Singapore. She is a Chartered Civil Engineer with nearly 15 years of experience in the construction industry in the UK and Singapore piror to joining the Infrastructure team in KPMG.
She and her team have been looking into the aspects of the digital space to improve productivity and new ways of working in the ecosystem of the Built Environment in the past year. Sybil is looking forward to sharing her experience and knowledge in this space with the audience.

MS. SYLVIE OUZIEL
Since January 6th, 2020, Sylvie Ouziel is appointed as International President of Envision Digital and concurrently Managing Director of Asia Pacific, based in Singapore.
With over 28 years of experience in business transformation and technology leadership roles, she joined Envision Digital from Allianz, where she was Global CEO of Allianz Assistance and Asia Pacific CEO of Allianz Partners for four years. In this role, Sylvie delivered high-touch, high-tech services to consumers in a B2B2C mode for business partners in mobility, home and consumer electronics. Sylvie joined Allianz in 2012 and her first role was to establish and lead the company’s global Shared Services covering digital transformation and global operations.
Prior to this, Sylvie spent 20 years with Accenture where she led transformation projects for industrial clients spanning across the airspace, automotive, construction, pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Sylvie’s last position at Accenture was Global COO of Accenture Management Consulting.
Sylvie graduated from Ecole Centrale Paris with an engineering degree specializing in economics. She also holds an Accenture-sponsored Kellogg Executive MBA from Northwestern University in the US.
Sylvie Ouziel is also currently member of the Board of Directors and Audit committee of Covivio.

AR. TAI LEE SIANG
Ar.Tai graduated with honours from NUS in 1987 and has practiced as an architect and urban planner since 1990.
He was the President of Singapore Institute of Architects from 2007 to 2009. In 2011, he was elected President of Singapore Green Building Council. At the world level, Ar. Tai was appointed as a Board Director of World Green Building Council in 2013 and was subsequently elected as Chairman in 2016.
From 2010 to 2016, Ar. Tai held the position of Group Managing Director of Ong & Ong Group – a multi-disciplinary design firm. He is currently the Executive Director of BuildSG Office, Building and Construction Authority, a Board Member of the Health Science Authority and a Board of Trustee of the Singapore University of Technology and Design.

PROF. DR. THOMAS SCHROEPFER
Prof Dr Thomas Schroepfer is Full Professor and Founding Associate Head of Pillar of Architecture and Sustainable Design at the Singapore University of Technology and Design and a member of the Steering Committee and Core Research Team of the Singapore-ETH Centre Future Cities Laboratory. His book publications have been translated into several languages and include Dense+Green Cities: Architecture as Urban Ecosystem (2020), Dense+Green: Innovative Building Types for Sustainable Urban Architecture (2016) and Ecological Urban Architecture (2012). He is the recipient of prestigious awards and recognitions including the Asia Education Leadership Award and the President*s Design Award, Singapore’s highest honour accorded to designers and designs across all disciplines.

Er. Winstoh Toh is a registered Professional Engineer with more than 25 years of engineering experience in HDB in various aspects of design, construction and upgrading building projects. He has also been involved in the downstream maintenance, defects investigation and periodic building inspection as well as various ongoing research projects in the use of disruptive technologies such as the use of Drones for Façade Inspection and 3D Concrete Printing.
MR. TONY KHOO

MR. TONY KHOO
Tony has over 30 years wealth of experience in property industry covering design, project management, development management, investment and feasibility study, property facility & township management and marketing & leasing. He is currently the CEO of EM Services Pte Ltd, which is the market leader in township management in Singapore managing over 700,000 Housing Development Board residential units. EM also provides project management, operations command centre, engineering services, real estate management and accommodation services. As the current President of International Facility Management Association (IFMA) in Singapore, Tony is active in promoting and developing facilities management as a rewarding, fulfilling and recognized profession in the real estate world. He is also the co-Chair of the FM Implementation Committee to drive transformation in the industry under the Real estate ITM (Industry Transformation Map). He has held leadership positions in One Marina Property Services Pte Ltd, Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd, UGL Premas Limited etc.
Tony graduated with a 1st Class Honours in Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and MBA from New Zealand.

MR. TUSHAR NATH
Tushar takes care of the Digital Transformation department at Soilbuild. His team is also involved in applied research and development initiatives to add value to the entire construction valu-chain at Soilbuild.

MR. TYSON WOESTE
Mr. Woeste is a Partner at Fifth Wall and leads the Climate Tech Investment and Advisory teams.
Prior to joining Fifth Wall, he was the CEO and founder of Transported, a SaaS product for creating virtual reality tours for residential and office brokers. He previously led marketing and mobile products at True Car through the company’s IPO (NASDAQ: TRUE) and served as the Vice President of Technology at ThisNext, a social shopping and discovery start up.
He was trained as an engineer and spent his early career working on a range of sophisticated technologies including optical pump lasers and inertial guidance systems. He focused on core sustainability technologies such as li-ion batteries, fuel cells and hydrogen energy systems, including work with the Institute for Integrated Energy Systems at the University of Victoria.
Tyson is from Vancouver and currently lives in Los Angeles. He has a BEng from the University of Victoria and an MBA from the University of California Los Angeles.

Most recently engaged in repositioning a well-established cost data product for the evolving needs of our sector, Will’s career has spanned the built environment life cycle – from designing and building real estate and infrastructure projects – to advising on multi-billion dollar mining and industry investments. Will has led consulting businesses in Europe and the Middle East, as well as the professional body RICS across Asia Pacific. Will combines a strategic mindset with a truly international outlook.
Will has an MBA from IMD International in Switzerland and a law degree from the University of London, having originally qualified as a Chartered Engineer in Hong Kong.

MR. WONG HEANG FINE
Mr WONG Heang Fine joined Temasek Holdings in November 2014 to spearhead the merger for the formation of Surbana Jurong. Upon the Group’s establishment in June 2015, Mr Wong assumed the position of Group Chief Executive Officer and Board Director. Since then, Surbana Jurong has grown into a global urban, infrastructure and managed services consulting firms with a talent pool of over 16,500 employees based in more than 120 offices in over 40 countries worldwide.
Mr Wong is a Board Member of Singapore’s Building and Construction Authority, the government agency that regulates Singapore’s building and construction industry. He is an Adjunct Professor in the School of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering at Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University. He is also a member of the Corporate Advisory Board of the World Green Building Council.
Mr Wong has held key leadership positions across a number of industries over the last 40 years. Before Surbana Jurong, he was with CapitaLand for eight years – as CEO of CapitaLand Residential Singapore Limited and CapitaLand GCC Holdings, Country CEO in charge of developing CapitaLand’s business in the Gulf Cooperation Council region and CEO of Capitala, a joint venture company between CapitaLand Singapore and Mubadala Development Company in United Arab Emirates.
Prior to that, from 2001 to 2006, Mr Wong was President & CEO of SembCorp Engineers and Constructors Pte Ltd (now known as Sembawang Engineers and Constructors) and was instrumental in advancing the company’s engineering and construction business in Southeast Asia.
Mr Wong joined Cathay Organisation in 1998 and was appointed President & CEO of Cathay Organisation Holdings in 1999. During his tenure, he helped realise the company’s ambition of going public via a reverse takeover strategy through IMM Multi-Enterprise which was listed on SESDAQ..
Between 1996 and 1998, Mr Wong was Director (Infrastructure), L&M Group Investments Ltd. During his tenure, he restructured the company by spearheading diversification into the infrastructure and property sectors.
Between 1991 and 1996, Mr Wong was at Singapore Technologies Industrial Corporation. There he pioneered the infrastructure development of the industrial estate and a 24,000-hectare international resort belt on Bintan Island, Indonesia. He was instrumental in developing and managing the Bintan Lagoon Resort.
Mr Wong was the President of the Real Estate Developers’ Association of Singapore from 2011 to 2012. Early in his career, he served as a Senior Industry Officer with the Economic Development Board.
Mr Wong graduated with First Class Honours in B.Sc (Mechanical Engineering) from the University of Leeds, England and a M.Sc (Engineering Production and Management) from the University of Birmingham, England. He was conferred a Medal of Commendation during the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) May Day Awards 2020 for advancing HR best practices and employees’ interests.

MS. YANG YANYI
Yanyi Yang is currently a Deputy Director of the Startup Development Division at Enterprise Singapore. The division aims to strengthen the overall startup ecosystem in Singapore Prior to that, she was the Deputy Director of Strategic Planning at Enterprise Singapore, where she looked into strategies to support the growth of Singapore enterprises, especially in the area of productivity and innovation.

ER. YE LINN
Er. Ye Linn graduated with an MBA from University of Northampton(UK), M.Sc. in Building Science from National University of Singapore and BE(Mechanical) from Yangon Technology University.
Having 25 years of varied experience in construction, engineering, real estate and education, he is the Managing Director of DaNaSanYar Group of companies and Founder of OiAC Private Boarding High School in Yangon and Naypyitaw. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Myanmar, ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer and Registered Contractor at Myanmar Ministry of Construction.
Er. Ye Linn is also the Councillor of the Myanmar Engineering Council and one of the Directors of Myanmar Construction Development Public Co. and Tinley Building Solutions. He is the recipient of ‘’Entrepreneur of the Year 2015’’(Gold) by Myanmar Construction Entrepreneurs Federation and Sphere Exhibits, Singapore.

MR. YONG HSIN YI NEIL

He has built his career from scratch, starting from a site agent to an executive director, a role in which he is directly involved in setting the strategic direction of the company. He is one of the Executive Directors of Woh Hup Group and its subsidiaries. He is also the Chairman of Talent Trust.
