Ar. Tan Szue Hann, M Arch, is an award-winning thought leader in sustainability and a Registered Architect, Director of Sustainable Development at Marina Bay Sands, and Chairman of Sustainability and Council Member at the Singapore Institute of Architects.

Hann graduated with M Arch from NUS, with a visiting fellowship to UCLA in 2007, and a BA Arch (First Class Honours) in 2006. On graduation, he was awarded the Lee Kuan Yew Medal, and the Board of Architects Prize. Hann is also an appointed World Cities Summit Young Leader, and was a BCA Young Leader Advocate award recipient in 2019.

Hann was also Singapore’s 2015-16 BCA-SGBC Young Green Architect of the Year. He has completed multiple building and master planning projects, and now focuses on sustainable innovation. He has spoken in numerous conferences including SWITCH, the Asia Pacific Urban Forum, and COP25 (the United Nations Climate Change Conference) in Madrid, 2019.
