Ong Tze Boon began his career at the world-renowned Frank O. Gehry & Associates in Santa Monica, California. He returned to Singapore in 1994, joining ONG&ONG as an architect, and was named Group Executive Chairman in 2007. Initiating a holistic 360 design solution consultancy excelling in infrastructure, education, commercial and high-density living, Tze Boon has transformed ONG&ONG into a fully integrated design practice, now expanded throughout key cities across Asia. Encompassing a wide scope of design, engineering and management, these offerings have set a new benchmark in the built environment. He has nurtured a culture of disruption, embracing the latest AEC technologies and encouraging fresh innovation. ONG&ONG has produced projects across multiple disciplines in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Myanmar, Thailand and Mongolia.

Tze Boon is the immediate past President of the Singapore Institute of Architects, serving from 2015 to March 2018. He is also highly involved in philanthropy through the ONG Foundation, helping to raise both funds and awareness for several notable social causes.
